horizontal_offset_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; z_index_tablet=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introduction<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les r\u00e9ponses en termes d\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2021\/01\/11\/francais-votre-ri-releve-t-elle-les-defis-de-lorganisation-hybride\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">organisation hybride<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du travail donn\u00e9es par les entreprises au choc sanitaire de 2020 s\u2019inscrivent dans des tendances d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien \u00e9tablies ant\u00e9rieurement, sur lesquelles nous revenons dans cet article en nous pla\u00e7ant plus particuli\u00e8rement au point de vue des \u00e9quipes de R&amp;I. Au-del\u00e0 des tendances \u00e9tablies, il s\u2019agit aussi de se projeter dans l\u2019avenir et de commencer \u00e0 mieux cerner la forme qui permettra de concilier la capacit\u00e9 de rupture et l\u2019agilit\u00e9, deux attributs cl\u00e9s pour toute organisation de R&amp;I. Sur open-organization.com, nous pensons d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis un moment que cette conciliation viendra des organisations ouvertes et des donn\u00e9es. L\u2019organisation hybride peut-elle, sous ce rapport, constituer un pas de plus dans cette direction\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le futur du travail \u00e9tait hybride d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le futur du travail a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 hybride, comme on peut s\u2019en apercevoir en consultant <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2019\/11\/13\/francais-futur-du-travail-utopie-ou-dystopie\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nos anciennes publications sur le th\u00e8me<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Certes, l\u2019aspect crise sanitaire \u00e9tait moins omnipr\u00e9sent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais nous avons toujours veill\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9voquer les aspects potentiellement <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dystopia.events\/\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dystopiques<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de cette mutation, allant jusqu\u2019au cocon <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2019\/06\/10\/annual-dinner\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">virtuel<\/span><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2019\/04\/07\/francais-dystopie-virtuelle\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">total<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019ouverture des organisations a lieu par la force des choses, mais surtout par la force des nouveaux instruments de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication. Qui ne remplacent pas encore tout, cependant, notamment pas la puissance de s\u00e9rendipit\u00e9 des espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la recherche et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation. Mais les choses ont bien chang\u00e9 en un an.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisation hybride et capacit\u00e9 de rupture<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sans capacit\u00e9 de rupture, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019expose au danger de la commodification. Dans le contexte actuel, on pourrait m\u00eame aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dire que l\u2019innovation de rupture est souvent vue comme ce qui apporte aux entreprises leur salut \u00e9conomique\u2026 et m\u00eame plus qu\u2019\u00e9conomique. Autant dire qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un attribut pr\u00e9cieux. Mais pas au point de justifier des recherches trop d\u00e9cal\u00e9es, manifestant trop d\u2019indiff\u00e9rence vis-\u00e0-vis des besoins du march\u00e9. La rupture innovante r\u00e9ussie se situerait alors dans le juste milieu entre la commodification et le d\u00e9calage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De ce point de vue, l\u2019organisation hybride de la R&amp;I peut entra\u00eener une perte de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, en r\u00e9duisant les rencontres et les \u00e9changes informels, qui sont souvent \u00e0 l\u2019origine de nouvelles id\u00e9es. Mais ne pourrait-on pas avancer un argument contraire, en faisant valoir, par exemple, le cas des travaux r\u00e9volutionnaires issus d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de confinement (ainsi Newton, dont nous parlons dans notre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/presans.com\/whitepaper-experts-create-problems\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whitepaper sur l\u2019expertise<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)\u00a0? Question difficile. Il y a sans doute un \u00e9quilibre optimal entre puissance des rencontres et originalit\u00e9 des synth\u00e8ses individuelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u2019en pensez-vous\u00a0? L\u2019innovation de rupture a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 favoris\u00e9e ou, au contraire, inhib\u00e9e, chez vous en 2020\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisation hybride et agilit\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Venons-en \u00e0 l\u2019agilit\u00e9, et au r\u00f4le qu\u2019y jouent les donn\u00e9es. L\u2019agilit\u00e9 est ce qui permet aux entreprises de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 des environnement turbulents, voire bousculants. Dans le cas de la fonction R&amp;I, qui par nature se projette dans le long terme, cette notion a d\u2019abord pour but d\u2019apporter un rem\u00e8de au double danger, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 dans la section pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, des solutions qui arrivent trop tard, et de la mauvaise prise en compte des besoins de march\u00e9 actuels. \u00catre plus agile en R&amp;I, c\u2019est tout \u00e0 la fois aller plus vite dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 de R&amp;I, mieux anticiper, et mieux suivre le feedback du terrain. Et selon nous, cela passe par ce que notre Fellow Philippe Letellier appelle une <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full digital loop<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (dont il est notamment question <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2020\/09\/08\/francais-comment-la-rd-de-la-beaute-capte-et-traite-les-signaux-faibles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ici<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019organisation hybride ne doit pas \u00e9chapper \u00e0 cette armature g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019agilit\u00e9. Les donn\u00e9es de la full digital loop ne peuvent laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 tout ce qui concerne l\u2019optimisation de l\u2019organisation du travail. Mais \u00e0 quoi ces donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques correspondent-elles, concr\u00e8tement ? Peut-on dire que la prochaine \u00e9tape des instruments digitaux de l\u2019organisation hybride portera-t-elle sur les donn\u00e9es permettant d\u2019en am\u00e9liorer la gestion ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclusion : L\u2019avenir est aux organisations de R&amp;I ouvertes, donc hybrides<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fonction R&amp;I, nous l\u2019avons dit, doit concilier capacit\u00e9 de rupture et agilit\u00e9<\/span><span id='easy-footnote-2-9148' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2021\/01\/12\/francais-ri-du-futur-data-driven-et-hybride\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-9148' title='&lt;span style=&quot;font-weight: 400;&quot;&gt;Un probl\u00e8me apparent\u00e9 \u00e0 celui, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de l\u2019ambidextrie, auquel tous les grands groupes industriels sont confront\u00e9s&lt;\/span&gt;'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Notre conviction constante chez Presans est qu\u2019une meilleure architecture des donn\u00e9es permet la r\u00e9conciliation de ces deux attributs. Les donn\u00e9es renforcent l\u2019agilit\u00e9, qui \u00e0 son tour permet de limiter les risques de d\u00e9calages induits par la recherche de ruptures. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les organisations de R&amp;I ouvertes visent \u00e0 concevoir leur strat\u00e9gie en s\u2019appuyant sur les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">par<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la R&amp;I. La m\u00eame d\u00e9marche s\u2019applique \u00e0 la gestion hybride de l\u2019organisation du travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous ne sommes pas seuls \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser \u00e0 l\u2019organisation hybride. Les strat\u00e8ges d\u2019Arthur D. Little ont notamment minutieusement analys\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution qui m\u00e8ne du bureau ou du laboratoire traditionnels, \u00e0 l\u2019espace de travail compl\u00e8tement hybride de demain. Quelles seront les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de cet espace de travail du futur dans le contexte de la fonction R&amp;I\u00a0?
