L\u2019intelligence artificielle est la technologie centrale de la transformation digitale. Elle nourrit les espoirs et les craintes de l\u2019\u00e9poque, mais elle progresse aussi sur le terrain du concret. Notamment sur celui de la R&I (Recherche et Innovation) des grands groupes industriels. C\u2019est une tendance de plus en plus observable : la question des applications de l\u2019intelligence artificielle permet aujourd\u2019hui de situer la ligne de front de la transformation digitale chez les innovateurs industriels. Une ligne de front travers\u00e9e, comme nous allons le voir, par cinq axes.<\/span><\/p>\n L\u2019int\u00e9gration des signaux faibles au niveau de la conception des nouveaux produits contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9calage entre ce que fait la R&I et ce dont ont besoin les op\u00e9rationnels et le marketing. Int\u00e9grer les signaux faibles permet de d\u00e9tecter les sujets amont, de prendre l\u2019initiative et d\u2019\u00eatre force de proposition au sein du groupe, et d\u2019\u00eatre la fonction qui identifie le plus rapidement les nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s produit. Nous d\u00e9veloppons ce th\u00e8me dans le contexte du secteur de la beaut\u00e9 <\/span>ici<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n L\u2019un des graves p\u00e9rils la recherche a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la duplication, la r\u00e9invention de la roue proverbiale. Instrumenter le processus de recherche, c\u2019est d\u2019abord mettre en place un knowledge management puissant. C\u2019est ensuite am\u00e9liorer la transparence avec les autres fonctions du groupe. C\u2019est enfin un moyen de renforcer la coh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes autour d\u2019un outil puissant.<\/span><\/p>\n Cet axe est le plus in\u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 selon les secteurs industriels. Dans les domaines relevant de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9canique, les outils permettant de repr\u00e9senter et de simuler le comportement des structures se d\u00e9veloppent depuis longtemps. On n\u2019y teste un prototype que bien apr\u00e8s avoir simul\u00e9 son comportement. Mais dans des domaines o\u00f9 il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules, cet id\u00e9al reste encore plus ou moins \u00e9loign\u00e9. Mais les choses changent, y compris dans le <\/span>secteur de la beaut\u00e9<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n La fonction R&I n\u2019est pas exempte de ce besoin humain fondamental qu\u2019est la communication. Les outils de la transformation digitale sont au service d\u2019une communication efficiente sous deux aspects :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n La fonction R&I entre en relation avec des fournisseurs et exerce une responsabilit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement. Rendre cette cha\u00eene tra\u00e7able et auditable permet d\u2019identifier des points de vigilance sur lesquels l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me peut ensuite agir en vue de renforcer sa propre r\u00e9silience. Une telle capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9silience permet \u00e0 la fois de r\u00e9duire le risque fournisseur, et de capitaliser sur la relation de confiance instaur\u00e9e avec le client.<\/span><\/p>\n Ces cinq axes constituent une esquisse dans le cadre d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion plus large.
