Il apporte un gain de performance sanitaire, \u00e9conomique et \u00e9cologique et son design ne laisse pas indiff\u00e9rent. Mes trois takeaways sont les suivants :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9silience exige rapidit\u00e9 et ouverture<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous avons vu que l\u2019origine du projet Ocov r\u00e9side dans le sentiment partag\u00e9 d\u2019une col\u00e8re dont C\u00e9dric Stien est le catalyseur. Nous vivons dans un monde o\u00f9 la technologie facilite la formation de collectifs d\u2019action ouverts, anim\u00e9s par une mission inspirante, o\u00f9 les \u201cgens chouettes\u201d (vers 59:58)\u00a0 peuvent faire avancer la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un objectif commun en se lib\u00e9rant des pesanteurs organisationnelles ou politiques ordinaires. Et l\u2019ouverture permet la rapidit\u00e9 : je note par exemple avec int\u00e9r\u00eat que la solution retenue pour la jupe interne du masque Ocov est issue des masques utilis\u00e9s par les pilotes de Rafale. Un exemple remarquable et inspirant d\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Exaptation\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exaptation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, innovation et souverainet\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019un des d\u00e9fis de la fabrication de masques sanitaires en France est notre d\u00e9pendance en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res dans le domaine des tissus (ici plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, les fibres meltblown). Mais le probl\u00e8me est plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et constitue en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 le point de d\u00e9part de toute r\u00e9flexion concernant la relocalisation des activit\u00e9s (vers 52:45), comme nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 pu le constater lors du second webinaire sur l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique. Le projet Ocov indique comment l\u2019innovation ouverte permet de surmonter ce d\u00e9fi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comparons davantage les syst\u00e8mes industriels de pays diff\u00e9rents<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dernier takeaway : pour devenir plus r\u00e9silients, il faut s\u2019inspirer de ce qui se fait ailleurs. En mati\u00e8re de collaboration entre grands groupes et PME, Philippe Caillol rel\u00e8ve (\u00e0 partir de 51:42) la meilleure aptitude des entreprises allemandes pour les strat\u00e9gies coop\u00e9ratives, notamment lorsque qu\u2019un grand groupe \u00e9tablit des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. J\u2019en retiens l\u2019id\u00e9e que la vitesse passe par l\u2019ouverture, mais exige aussi de cr\u00e9er de la confiance.
