Malheureusement, pour des raisons d&rsquo;agenda, je ne pouvais pas me joindre physiquement \u00e0 vous. Mais c&rsquo;est avec plaisir que je vais prendre quelques minutes pour partager mon avis d&rsquo;utilisateur sur le nouveau service propos\u00e9 par Presans.<\/p>\n<p>Je me pr\u00e9sente : je suis \u00c9ric Dugr\u00e9, je travaille pour Danone Nutricia Research en tant que Directeur R&amp;D. Je suis plus sp\u00e9cialement en charge de l&rsquo;innovation produit, pour le compte de la division Produits Laitiers Frais. Avec Presans, nous nous connaissons depuis maintenant trois ans. \u00a0Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 deux \u00e9tudes. Sans rentrer dans les d\u00e9tails, puisqu&rsquo;ils\u00a0sont confidentiels :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude consistait \u00e0 chercher des arguments de conviction \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;une question technique et scientifique qui soulevait pas mal de d\u00e9fis \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;organisation. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 assez vite une r\u00e9ponse, avec\u00a0de bons arguments qui ont convaincu le business.<\/li>\n<li>La seconde \u00e9tude visait \u00e0 trouver de r\u00e9elles solutions technologiques \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques techniques et scientifiques. Apr\u00e8s quelques mois, nous avons \u00e9galement obtenu d&rsquo;excellents r\u00e9sultats ici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c0 propos des services classiques de Presans, je suis d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s convaincu de leur int\u00e9r\u00eat. Les choix d&rsquo;experts \u00e9taient bons. Je pense que le r\u00f4le du Fellow dans cette question est tr\u00e8s cl\u00e9. \u00c7a s&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9, \u00e0 la fois d&rsquo;un point de vue agilit\u00e9 de la relation, et d&rsquo;un point de vue qualit\u00e9 des livrables.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc test\u00e9 hier soir le nouveau service de Presans, puisque j&rsquo;ai eu 45 minutes d&rsquo;\u00e9changes avec un expert grec \u00e0 qui j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 une question que je ne peux pas partager avec vous. Ces 45 minutes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fructueuses. Je pense que c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des points forts de ce nouveau service : \u00a0la <strong>rapidit\u00e9<\/strong>. La promesse est d&rsquo;avoir une conversation d&rsquo;une heure en moins d&rsquo;une semaine. Cette conversion doit permettre d&rsquo;orienter les choix, de mieux dimensionner les projets, de savoir quels sont les grands axes de faisabilit\u00e9, les gros axes de travail \u00e0 envisager. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux parce que souvent, on a besoin de passer plusieurs semaines voire plusieurs mois en interne pour justement travailler sur ces questions de faisabilit\u00e9. Je dois dire que le rendez-vous de hier nous a \u00e9clair\u00e9s, et nous a probablement fait gagner trois ou quatre mois dans la d\u00e9finition du projet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voil\u00e0 ce que je retiens de cette exp\u00e9rience :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aide \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Service rapide<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;assurance de la confidentialit\u00e9 : l&rsquo;expert ne conna\u00eet pas mon employeur. Cela permet de compl\u00e8tement lib\u00e9rer les \u00e9changes et de les concentrer sur les points qu&rsquo;on voulait adresser.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je suis donc tr\u00e8s satisfait.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;une question de fond et nous avons fait appel \u00a0\u00e0 un acad\u00e9mique, qui nous a apport\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses. Unfortunately I cannot physically join you due to my busy schedule. But it's with pleasure that I will take a few minutes to share my thoughts as a user of the new service offered by Presans.<\/p><p>\"Let me introduce myself : my name is \u00c9ric Dugr\u00e9, I work for Danone Nutricia Research as R&D Director. More specifically I am in charge of product innovation for the Fresh Dairy Products division. Presans and I now go back three years. We have already conducted two studies; without going into confidential details:<\/p><ul><li>The first study was a search for convincing arguments adressing a technical and scientific question which was raising a number of challenges inside the company. We found an answer pretty quickly, complete with good arguments that convinced the business.<\/li><li>The second study aimed to find real technological solutions to technical and scientific issues. After a few months, we also accomplished excellent results.<\/li><\/ul><p>\"Pertaining to Presans' traditional service : I am already quite convinced of their value. The choice of experts was pertinent. I think the role of the Fellows at this stage is key. Everything went very well, both from the point of view of relational agility and that of the deliverables' quality.<\/p><p>\"So yesterday I tested Presans' new service. I had a 45 minute exchange with a Greek expert to whom I asked a question I cannot share publicly. Those 45 minutes were very fruitful. I think this is one of the key strenghts of this new service : <strong>speed<\/strong>. The promise is that you will obtain a one-hour conversation in less than a week. This conversation must orient your choices, help choose a better scale for projects, allow you to know where feasability lies, and give the broad action items to consider. This is very precious: often times we need to spend several weeks or even months working internally on these feasability questions. I must say : the call yesterday cleared things up and probably saved us three or four months which would have been spent defining the project.<\/p><p><strong>Here is what I retained from the experience:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Helps decision-making<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>A Fast Service<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Confidentiality garanteed : the expert does not even know my employer. This allows me to discuss freely and focus on the points we wanted to address.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\"I am thus very satisfied.<\/p><p>\"Of course, it was a substantive question and we called an academic, so he brought us answers.
