It is widely used by the industrial world because of the originality, reliability, and confidentiality of the scientific, technological, and business expertise that it delivers. Underlying this platform is a vision of the global transformation of the organization of work: it is this vision that establishes the raison d&#8217;\u00eatre of the platform.<\/p>\n<h4>This vision, <a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/en\/2016\/12\/05\/presans-outlook-2017-our-vision-of-the-future\/\">which we formulated for the first time a year ago<\/a>, is as follows: Accelerate\u00a0the transformation of businesses into open organizations by increasing or creating access to on-demand talent teams.<\/h4>\n<p>There is an existential question that all companies in the world are asking: How to have the agility of a start-up, while having several tens or hundreds of thousands of employees? The answer to this question is a new form of company.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, the notion of a\u00a0company as we know it today is very recent. <a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/en\/2016\/11\/18\/toward-the-third-industrial-revolution-optimizing-resources\/\">It is over 150 years old and dates from the first industrial revolution<\/a>. It was created in a certain context to meet certain needs. Today, the context and needs have changed and new organizational forms of business are emerging before our eyes. These new organizational forms, these new companies, I call them Open Organizations.<\/p>\n<p>These Open Organizations all share a set of characteristics. I have identified the main ones in my article: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/en\/2017\/04\/21\/francais-digital-pharmakon-des-organisations-ouvertes\/\">Digitalization: the Pharmakon of Open Organizations.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>One of the key features is Talent on Demand, or Staff on Demand. My previous article &#8220;The Pyramid of Talent On Demand&#8221; deepens this point and positions <em>Presans Platform<\/em> in a space including companies such as <em>Uber<\/em> or <em>Kaggle<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>These new world businesses\u2014those which will be tomorrow&#8217;s survivors\u2014all have in common the ability to mobilize talents on demand for the duration of projects. Corporate talents, of course, but also a growing pool of talent from outside the company, recruited during the project.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>raison d&#8217;\u00eatre<\/em> of Presans \u2014 our vision, <em>why we are here\u00a0<\/em>\u2014 is part of this mega-trend: <em>accelerating the transformation of business into open organizations by increasing or creating access to on-demand talent teams.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The question we are trying to answer at Presans is &#8220;How do we create teams of talents on demand?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To answer this question, we mobilize both the digital dimension and the human dimension. Digital, because there is an issue of big data and artificial intelligence: how to map talent globally and match supply and demand robustly and reliably. Human, because it is not enough to put the 3 best people around the table to shed light on a theme: it requires a shared understanding of the issue between the company and the team of experts on demand. We have to activate the collective intelligence within this team on demand; it is necessary to facilitate the integration of new knowledge generated within the company, etc.<\/p>\n<p><em>Presans Platform<\/em> seeks to provide answers in both dimensions.<\/p>\n<p><em>Presans Platform<\/em>&#8216;s mission is to inject on-demand expertise into industrial innovation projects to accelerate decision-making and overcome scientific and technical barriers.<\/p>\n<p>Presans Platform gathers more than 6 million scientific and technical experts, enabling technology companies to increase their teams and their efficiency by mobilizing on demand the best experts in the world on their industrial innovation issues.<\/p>\n<p>The five main uses of Presans Platform are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem solving technology (Open Problem Solving)<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Innovation Guidance<\/li>\n<li>The realization of states of the art (Open State of the Art)<\/li>\n<li>Talent &amp; Partner Sourcing<\/li>\n<li>Rapid Innovation Guidance (Conciergerie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The singularity of Presans lies in two specificities: being Data Driven and relying on Augmented Humans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The efficiency gain that Presans guarantees to its customers is achieved thanks to two unique characteristics: Presans combines big data and artificial intelligence on the one hand, with the human intelligence of veterans of industrial innovation on the other:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Data Driven<\/strong>: Presans has the first open innovation platform leveraging big data and artificial intelligence with a focus on industrial technology innovation. Ces nouvelles formes organisationnelles, ces nouvelles entreprises, je les appelle \u00ab organisations ouvertes \u00bb \u2013 Open Organizations.<\/p><p>Ces Organisations Ouvertes partagent toutes un ensemble de caract\u00e9ristiques : j'en ai cern\u00e9 les principales dans mon article\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2017\/04\/21\/francais-digital-pharmakon-des-organisations-ouvertes\/\">Digital : pharmakon des organisations ouvertes<\/a><\/em>.<\/p><p>L\u2019une des caract\u00e9ristiques essentielles est la notion de \u00ab Talent \u00e0 la Demande \u00bb \u2013 <em>Talent on Demand<\/em>, ou <em>Staff on Demand. <\/em>Mon pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent article\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/open-organization.com\/fr\/2017\/10\/31\/trouver-son-chemin-dans-la-pyramide-du-talent-la-demande\/\">La pyramide des talents \u00e0 la demande<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>approfondit ce point et positionne <em>Presans Platform<\/em> dans un espace comprenant des entreprises telles que Uber ou Kaggle.<\/p><p>Ces entreprises du nouveau monde \u2013 celles qui feront partie demain des survivants \u2013\u00a0ont donc toutes en commun de mobiliser des\u00a0talents \u00e0 la demande pendant la dur\u00e9e de projets.
